Receptionist Position
The Business Office at Jackson State University is accepting applications for its receptionist position.
Examples Of Duties
- Serve as primary customer contact for both internal and external customers.
- Render excellent customer service.
- Open, stamp and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with student registration.
- Maintain routine clerical records.
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
Typical Qualifications
- Applicant must have a High School Diploma, Associate Degree Preferred.
- Applicant must have at least two (2) years' experiences in administrative support work.
- Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be able to multitask.
- Applicant must be articulate, have a pleasant personality and able to work well with diverse groups.
