You will: Perform routine PHC treatments, including fertilization, pest management, and disease control. Monitor plant health and report findings to senior technicians or management. Assist senior technicians with advanced treatments while developing your skills. Maintain PHC equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure safe and efficient operations. Provide professional, friendly communication with clients during service visits as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and compliance requirements in the field.
