Legal AssistantGrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Tampa office for a full-time Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience in diverse commercial and securities litigation matters. This may include litigation support across various business sectors, such as real estate and construction, financial regulation, corporate compliance, and securities arbitration.Ideal candidate must have exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Position also requires keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, demonstrated multitasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary.
