Regional HR Manager: Multi-State People Partner

HighGround is looking for a Regional HR Manager in Duluth, GA, to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance with HR laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, PHR certification, and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the residential home services industry.
