Your responsibilities:

• Scout for potential healthcare candidates utilizing our advanced platform along with your network
• Reach out to interested candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their enthusiasm
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and bolster their hiring journey
• Keep precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and hires resulting from your outreach
