responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6, integrating subcontractor inputs and defining scope, logic, and activity durations.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define inputs and ensure alignment with the standards of Our Client.
- Monitor progress against baseline plans, track critical path activities, and perform schedule impact analysis to develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and short-term lookahead schedules and progress reports to support informed decision-making.
- Validate schedule data integrity and communicate project status, risks, and variances effectively during schedule review meetings.
