Strategic Account Specialist

Position Summary:
The Strategic Account Specialist role is designed to build foundational skills in strategic account management. This position focuses on developing the ability to identify and prospect target accounts, engage in professional client conversations, deliver thoughtful insights, and generate qualified opportunities through consistent activity and coachability.

Responsibilities:

· Execute consistent outbound activity aligned to target customers

· Research accounts and contacts prior to outreach

· Initiate conversations via phone, email, social, and video

· Qualify prospects at a foundational level and set meetings

· Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-ups

· Provide consistent, high level, and measurable value to assigned accounts

· Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts

· Participate actively in training, coaching, and role play

· Represent the brand professionally in all contexts

Qualifications:

·1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support

· Strong work ethic and consistency

· Coachable, curious, and open to feedback

· Comfort with rejection and learning through failure

· Willingness to learn logistics, sales process, and systems

· Strong organizational and communication skills, clear written and verbal communication

· Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
