As our Plumbing Supervisor, you will oversee our field service team, delegate tasks, and manage productivity to ensure efficient project execution while optimizing company resources. You will monitor daily call averages to guarantee technicians meet productivity goals, handle intricate schedules, tight deadlines, and budgetary limitations, and maintain communication between the team and customers to ensure seamless project progress. You will take pride in your skills and contribute significantly to the success of the team and company.
