Compensation $22 per hour. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Anticipated Schedules Sun - Wed 9pm - 7am About The Role As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities. You will be at the forefront of daily interactions with cross‑functional teams, orchestrating efforts to maintain safety standards while achieving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts, in collaboration with both the Veho team and our valued driver partners. Key Responsibilities Thriving in a fast‑paced environment that demands quick thinking and physical agility, embracing the challenge of physically tasking work with enthusiasm and resilience. Quickly navigating technology platforms to manage operational changes, re‑routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency. Assessing operational needs swiftly and working cross‑functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety, and driving success. Operating a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials as needed. Executing with a focus on customer service, providing high levels of support and assistance to our crowd‑sourced driver partners and internal teams. Working well in a fast‑paced environment that is, at times, physically tasking. Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift. Standing for extended periods, moving boxes up and down, bending, and frequently lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical readiness for the demands of the role. Qualifications At least 1 year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred. Ownership of a modern smartphone and daily navigation of apps on a smartphone. Experience operating box trucks is required. Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
