About the Role:

Red Robin Burgers and Brews in Sherwood, OR is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! As the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable dining visit from the moment guests walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists and seating charts to ensure efficient table turns and guest flow
• Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations with professionalism
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Coordinate with servers and floor managers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for guest hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous host or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining room
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
