TO GO SPECIALIST

Job TitleEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest – from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.Interacts verbally with all Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphereSuggestively sells appetizer, entrée and dessert menu items by offering specifics and using descriptive mouthwatering adjectives when describing each itemUnderstands and accurate uses the POS (point of sale) system to clock-in/out, to process/input orders and complete end of shift proceduresQualifications and SkillsMust be at least sixteen (16) years of agePrevious To-Go, Host or restaurant experience preferredReading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills requiredEnglish language and professional communication skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environmentMust have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organizedCommitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledgePhysical DemandsMobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthAbility to lift food bags and trays weighing up to 20 poundsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
