Keep bank secure at all times.Risk Management:Understands and abides by all company policies and proceduresAdheres to all health department, sanitation, and safety practices.Use all chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company standards.Understands and abides by all emergency procedures.Understands proper storage of all food, supplies, and chemical safety.Reports all concerns for equipment repairs or hazardous issues immediately to supervisor.Has current CPR certification.Customer Service:Anticipates guests' needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests, however busy.Maintains positive guest relations at all times.Is familiar with our community's services and features and responds to guest inquiries accurately.Participates in resolving guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.If you are someone with:High school graduate or equivalent.Must be 21 years of age.Must have two (2) years experience as a Bartender.Must have the proper state-required food handling certificate.Must have an excellent knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards.A certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service, is preferred.A certification in an alcohol awareness program is required.Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Has excellent math skills.Has excellent verbal communication skills and good written communication skillsCommunicates with 1) persons who are aging or who might have dementia, 2) resident's family members, 3) co-workers, and 4) supervisors in a courteous and professional manner.Able to use good judgment in resolving problems.Maintains company standard related to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.Physical Requirements:This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities.
