About the Role:

Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for a friendly and energetic To Go Host to join our team in Tualatin, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our takeout operation, delivering outstanding customer service with every order. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist to-go customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Accurately take, package, and process takeout and curbside orders
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing correct change
• Maintain a clean and organized to-go station and front-of-house area
• Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
