About the Role:
Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for a friendly and energetic To Go Host to join our team in Tualatin, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our takeout operation, delivering outstanding customer service with every order. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making guests happy, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist to-go customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
- Accurately take, package, and process takeout and curbside orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing correct change
- Maintain a clean and organized to-go station and front-of-house area
- Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
