Critical Care Float Pool Nurse – Adult Intensive Care Unit
Schedule: 3x12 Nights Weekend coverage required; minimum of every other weekend

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Valid state or compact RN license required at the time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Proficiency with EPIC charting
- IV start, telemetry, ventilator management experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in multiple adult ICU units.
- Manage ventilated patients and respiratory supports effectively.
- Monitor and administer vasoactive and cardiac drips while ensuring hemodynamic stability.
- Interpret ABGs and dysrhythmias; perform 12-lead ECGs as needed.
- Administer blood products and perform suctioning procedures.
Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation required: 36 hours
- Background checks and compliance with credentialing requirements necessary
- Candidates must complete fingerprinting immediately after booking
