Data Privacy Litigation Attorney - San Diego

Position Summary Clark Hill is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in San Diego, CA. All candidates must have 3+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. Qualifications Familiarity with state, federal and international data privacy laws including CCPA/GDPR Experience defending data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tracking, and wiretap cases preferred Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
