Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with programming languages and database management.
