Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, or surgeries using advanced assessment techniques and tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate exercise programs, hands-on therapy, and modalities tailored to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation regimens, while actively monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations to maintain accurate and effective care records.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, providing training on the use of any assistive devices needed for daily life and mobility.
• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences relevant to orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a valid State License is required.

Compensation and Benefits
