Senior Manager - R&D & Commercialization

Job Title: Senior Manager Product Innovation & Commercialization
Location: Burlington, NC
Duration: Long Term

Lead the development and commercialization of new food and beverage products, moving concepts through formulation, pilot plant trials, process validation, manufacturing scale-up, production startup, and final launch. Leverage 10 12+ years of Food & Beverage R&D/Product Development experience, including 6+ years leading commercialization from concept to full-scale production. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to troubleshoot processes, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (FDA, SQF, HACCP), and deliver successful product launches on schedule. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field required.
