About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for owning consolidated financial reporting across the company's domestic operating entities and will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and M&A activities. This includes being at the center of the strategy for both domestic and international acquisitions. The role also involves overseeing a direct report in LATAM and managing across a multi-entity, multi-country structure. Strong command of consolidated reporting and board-level communication is essential, as the CFO will be delivering major reporting packages to the board and shareholders. Additionally, the CFO will lead the company's IPO readiness workstream, including ERP implementation and SOX 404 compliance, to ensure the finance function is prepared for the rigor and structure required of a public company. Key qualifications for the CFO position at the company include a minimum of 15 years' of accounting and finance experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in private equity, M&A, or both. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a must, and IPO readiness experience, including ERP implementation and SOX 404, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex, multi-entity organizational structures and be willing to relocate to the Southwest or Southeast. While a CPA is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a finance leader with a proven track record in managing through growth, M&A, complex organizational structures, and private equity ownership.
