About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial, tax, estate-planning, and reporting functions across a diverse portfolio of family entities, trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles. The CFO will be the primary financial steward and strategic advisor, responsible for overseeing the coordination of accounting, tax compliance, systems infrastructure, wealth transfer planning, and trust administration. This includes acting as the central point of contact among legal counsel, tax advisors, trustees, investment managers, and auditors, and ensuring that the family's financial affairs are managed with precision, discretion, and a long-term perspective. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include financial leadership and oversight, tax planning and compliance, estate and wealth transfer planning, and advisor and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, be adept at establishing and maintaining best-in-class financial controls, and have a proven track record in tax and estate planning. Experience in managing complex financial structures and a deep understanding of investment reporting and alternative investments are essential. The CFO will also be expected to provide strategic advice, support decision-making, and foster trusted, long-term relationships with the family and external advisors. Entrepreneurial leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work closely with the family are highly valued.
