About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the organization through a period of accelerated expansion, with a focus on geographic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions. The CFO will be responsible for integrating and professionalizing recently acquired businesses, as well as driving the company's evolution into a robust platform in preparation for a flexible exit strategy. A key aspect of the role is to acquire additional businesses that will enhance scale, product offerings, and cross-selling opportunities. This role demands a passionate and committed leader with a proven track record, particularly in a multi-site, field-based operating environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity, with a strong emphasis on M&A, and at least 20 years of experience, including over 10 years in senior finance leadership positions. The CFO will be expected to honor the company's legacy while strategically positioning it for the future, and must therefore possess a contagious will to win and the ability to drive the business forward. The role is with a company that is backed by an experienced independent sponsor within the private equity ecosystem, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of alignment with management.
