Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. You will work with diverse age groups, from adolescents to adults, creating a welcoming environment conducive to their unique needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a telehealth context.

• Strong proficiency in diagnostic assessments, including the use of standardized assessment tools to guide treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
