Portfolio Manager – Commercial Real Estate | Phoenix, AZ
Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI) has managed commercial buildings and associations across Metro Phoenix since 1981. Today we oversee 200+ industrial, office, retail, and association properties totaling 12.8M square feet — and we're looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team.

About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial properties — building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors while overseeing everything from budgeting and leasing to maintenance and financial reporting. You'll also mentor property managers and collaborate closely with our accounting and leasing teams to deliver best-in-class service.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, delivering monthly financial reports and annual budgets
- Oversee interior/exterior maintenance, vendor coordination, and capital projects
- Build strong tenant relationships — lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, rent collection, and improvement projects
- Manage tenant improvement projects in line with lease agreements and owner approvals
- Lead annual CAM reconciliations and budgeting
- Support new leasing and lease renewals, and abstract lease data into Yardi
- Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records and checklists
- Mentor and support a small team of property managers
What You Bring
- Active Arizona Real Estate License
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Strong grasp of property management accounting/finance
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; xhyhwjd Yardi/Payscan experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- A BA/BS degree preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- A positive, service-first attitude and comfort navigating shifting priorities
