Commerical Property Manager

Job Description

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee and coordinate operations for commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. Reporting directly to the Property Director and working within a small team of 1-5 members, this role involves managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and negotiating contracts. Occasional travel to various property sites is expected. This position offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities
Oversee vendor performance and contracts
Negotiate contracts to benefit property operations

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years in commercial property management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
Expertise in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
Strong skills in contract negotiation and building maintenance oversight
Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management abilities
