Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR - Cardiothoracic to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Circulate complex cardiac cases including CABG, TAVR, and LVAD procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties, responding to 5-8 calls per month, including weekends.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies for patient care and procedure protocols.
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using EPIC charting systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a radiation badge provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR RN experience, including experience in complex cardiac cases.
• Valid SC or multi-state RN license in hand at the start of the contract.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required (AHA accredited).
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Facility preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
• First-timer applicants accepted only with 5+ years of experience.
