Position Overview:

Leader of Business Development and Marketing is responsible for ensuring the health and growth of our customer portfolio (both existing and new wholesale and direct consumers). Responsible for new, innovative and exciting marketing and sales campaigns via multiple platforms while effectively managing resources to fuel the most impactful initiatives. Works closely across all internal departments and vendors to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proactive and results-oriented thinker who would flourish in this entrepreneurial and relationships-driven environment

· 5+ years successful business development, marketing experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Sound business acumen

· Financial/budgetary experience

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Bachelor's degree

Additional Information:

· Although Therapon Skin Health, LP is headquartered in Springdale, AR (Northwest AR), open to remote work arrangement

· Some travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
