Formulation Operations Lead — Training, Safety & Production
Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is looking for an Operations Line Lead in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role involves overseeing the formulation preparation and ensuring operational readiness during site projects. You’ll provide leadership on the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety and compliance, while also coordinating training for new operators. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
