Regional Training Manager

To support operations training execution, the full-time Regional Training Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in either New York City or Philadelphia. Key responsibilities Assess learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify development opportunities Design and develop engaging training content, including workshops and e-learning materials, in partnership with subject matter experts Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, contributing to leadership development and employee growth initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS) Proven ability to develop training programs and learning content Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
