Who You Are

• 23+ years of recruiting or consultative sales experience, ideally within an agency setting.

• Skilled in building client relationships and negotiating offers.
• Comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems (we provide comprehensive training on our specific tools).
• Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a desire to create lasting success.
