Role Overview

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to support members through a high-touch service experience. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact, helping members navigate service requests or claims intake while delivering empathetic and professional support.

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85250

Shift: Full-Time | Training: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Post-training schedules may be as late as 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with members by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
• Accurately document interactions, resolve concerns, and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling phone-based interactions throughout the day.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare administration, call centers, insurance, education, or other service-oriented industries is highly transferable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Insurance or claims experience is preferred but not required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
