Property Manager

Job Description
Job DescriptionSan Diego Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of medium size apartment complexes totaling over 900 residential and/or commercial units. This role requires managing tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, and marketing efforts to ensure efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts promptly
- Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting
- Coordinate rent collection and vendor services
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property leasing
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors
- Generate regular reports on property performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Associate degree in Property Management or related field
- Valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in property management software
- Strong skills in tenant relations and lease administration
- Effective time management abilities
