About the Role:
Matthew P Mardiney MD PC is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Allergist/Asthma Specialist to join our thriving medical practice ADVANCED ALLERGY AND ASTHMA CENTERS in Lutherville and Bel Air, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering expert allergy and asthma care in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic conditions, including asthma, rhinitis, eczema, food allergies, and immunologic disorders
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans and long-term allergy management strategies
• Perform and interpret allergy skin testing, pulmonary function tests, and other diagnostic procedures
• Administer and oversee allergen immunotherapy programs
• Educate patients and families on allergy triggers, asthma management, and preventive care
• Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Allergy and Immunology is required
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Allergy/Immunology fellowship program
• Valid Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience diagnosing and managing asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, and related conditions
• Strong patient communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led private practice setting
