Central Eligibility Authorization Team (CEAT) Coordinator

Location: Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented CEAT Coordinator to support admissions, insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle operations. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate patient data, timely authorizations, and clean claims across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations.
• Manage admissions, authorizations, and patient account updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and authorization records.
• Review revenue cycle reports and resolve authorization issues.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely claim processing.
• Train new team members and assist with process improvements.
• Prioritize daily tasks, support team coverage, and assist leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare administration, insurance verification, prior authorization, medical billing, or revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
