Quick Facts:

• Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street)
• Start Date: ASAP or upon negotiation
• Duration: Ongoing/As per contract
• Shift: 24-hour shifts, 7 to 8 per month
• Hours/Week: 40-50 hours/week
• Employment Type: Full-time hospital-based role
• Licensure/Certifications: Colorado medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Prior hospitalist or labor and delivery experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $324,000 - $360,000/year (full-time)

• Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses may be available.

What You'll Do:

• Provide in-house obstetric care, including managing labor, deliveries, and emergent Gynecologic surgeries
• Collaborate with a Level II-B NICU team caring for babies from 31 weeks' gestation and beyond
• Consult on gynecologic issues and manage acute clinical cases
• Work alongside experienced CNMs and backup OB/GYN support
• Use Epic electronic medical records to coordinate care seamlessly
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Colorado medical license and board certification in OB/GYN or eligibility
• Experience in hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
