Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packager workers for a manufacturing and production company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, youll support the packaging process to ensure products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards. Stack bags and boxes onto pallets

Work with a team to package product in an efficient, timely, and quality-focused manner

Set up and clean up the packaging area between production runs

Verify lot codes to ensure accurate product labeling

Use metal detection equipment to meet product quality standards

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

Forklift experience preferred but not required training provided

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
