Overview BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE, DIABLO AND SONS SALOON & RED FEATHER LOUNGE are looking for serious, creative, and hungry culinary professionals to staff a wood fire grill and a fast-paced line. The right candidate should be a grizzled kitchen veteran, with no tolerance for inefficiency, messy workspaces, or hot-shot-line-cook attitude and nonsense. An excellent palate and strong technique are required. We promote a collaborative work environment where the relationship between food and culture is honored in the work we do. Responsibilities Following recipes to produce prepped goods to standard Cleaning Using prep lists and par sheets to keep lines stocked Collaborating on the prep-room playlist Working as a team to produce excellent guest experience Why Work Here We foster a professional work environment.
