We are seeking an experienced Global Operational Key Account Management (OKAM) Team Lead to guide our OKAM organization within Global Air Logistics. This role is key to ensuring high-quality service delivery for strategic customers while supporting the transition to a future-state OKAM organization. You will lead a team of OKAMs, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong alignment with global standards and cross-functional partners.

How You Create Impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Key Account Managers, ensuring strong performance and customer outcomes
• Drive a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with the global OKAM framework, KPIs, and service standards
• Optimize account management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer alignment
• Oversee resource allocation to enable effective management of multiple key accounts
• Promote close collaboration with OKAS, Air, Sea, and other logistics functions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support training, capability development, and participation in the OKAM Training Academy
• Monitor team performance, report to global stakeholders, and implement improvement actions as needed
• Contribute to key account allocation decisions and support change management initiatives

What We Would Like You To Bring

• Strong logistics background with experience in Air and/or Sea Logistics
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of operational key account management and global service models
• Experience driving process optimization and operational efficiency
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a regional or global, matrix-driven environment
• Change management capability and commitment to continuous professional development
