2027 Intern - QA, QMS

Catalent seeks a 2027 summer intern to support quality assurance and quality management systems projects at its Madison biologics facility. The role involves document control, data collection, quality reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while learning GMP compliance and electronic quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Support quality systems projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Assist with document control, record management, and quality system documentation maintenance
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data, metrics, and supplier performance information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present project updates and results
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in life sciences or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation management skills
- Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027
- Ability to analyze information, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality
