SWEAT440 PRE-SALE MANAGER
Full-Time | [Burlington, Massachusetts] | Base + Commission
SWEAT440 is a high-energy group fitness concept with classes every 10 minutes. We’re opening a new studio in Bulington and need a driven Pre-Sale Manager to sign up 440+ founding members before opening.
IN PERSON ONLY - no remote available
Career path to Sales Manager and Regional Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run 6 tabling events per week
- Build partnerships with 150+ local businesses
- Follow up with every lead within 2–3 hours
- Engage daily on social media
- Track all leads and conversions in CRM
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in outside sales or outreach (grassroots)
- Proven sales performance
- Exceptional people skills
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for fitness and community
DETAILS
- Wednesday-Sunday, 7-8 hours/day
- Base + commission
