Position Overview

We are seeking a  Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)to support our recruitment operations in  Baton Rouge, LA 70806 . The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in interviewing, screening, and placing candidates into open roles.

Job Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70806
• Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
• Scheduled: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, After hours and weekends as needed.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish
• Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, update records, and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and onboarding support
• Maintain strong phone etiquette and professional communication
• Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
• 1 year of previous recruiting or staffing experience (Preferred)
• Experience using ATS or CRM systems is (Required)
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
