What You’ll Be Doing Help oversee daily front-of-houseand back-of-house operations Deliver exceptional guestexperiences and resolve issues professionally Lead, motivate, and supportrestaurant team members Organize and supervise shifts toensure smooth operations Assist with inventory management,forecasting, and cost control Maintain sanitation, safety, andoperational standards Coach employees and help developfuture leaders Monitor restaurant performanceand help implement solutions Promote a positive, upbeat,team-oriented culture What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant managementexperience Experience managing teams of 20+employees Strong leadership andcommunication skills Ability to multitask and stayorganized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable leading underpressure while maintaining professionalism Experience with POS systems andinventory controls preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is aplus The Right Candidate You’re dependable, hands-on, hospitality-driven, and know how to keep ateam focused and motivated.
