Pay Range: $45,000 - $54,000 per year or more of total compensation

As a Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
• Provide emergency on-call service
• Deliver and pick up chemicals
• Collect payments and follow up on accounts
• Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns
• Train customers on product usage and safety
• Negotiate service renewals and pricing

What you'll need:

• A valid driver's license with 3 years of driving history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
• Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations
• A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
