Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and dependable Event Staff members to support promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and contributing to successful event experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Support event logistics and operational coordination.
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain organized and professional event spaces.
- Interact with attendees and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with event registration and participation activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure successful event operations.
- Support inventory management of event materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
