Shifts: Days, 7AM 7PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role will involve working with patients experiencing MI, CHF, arrhythmias, and more, in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse set of patient needs and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Telemetry Travel:

Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols
Monitor for side effects and effectiveness of treatments
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers

Requirements of the RN Telemetry Travel:

BLS certification from AHA required
ACLS certification from AHA required
RN License in state of employment or compact
1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
