The Job

Marketing Supervisor

The Marketing Supervisor will lead and execute the Firm’s day-to-day marketing efforts while helping shape strategies that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with strong analytical, digital marketing, and SEO experience who can turn data into actionable strategies and measurable results.

Compensation starting at $1,500/month + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Firm’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy, goals, priorities, campaigns, and performance targets in collaboration with Firm leadership.
• Develop and manage the Firm’s annual marketing budget and optimize marketing spend based on cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, ROI, and other performance metrics.
• Evaluate marketing performance and analyze data, trends, lead sources, and campaign results to identify opportunities to increase qualified leads, improve conversions, and maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Establish marketing KPIs and benchmarks, monitor performance against established goals, and present results and actionable recommendations to Firm leadership.
• Serve as the Firm’s primary point of contact for its SEO and digital marketing vendor and manage vendor strategy, deliverables, performance, deadlines, and results.
• Evaluate and implement SEO strategies, including organic search performance, keyword optimization, website content, landing pages, local search visibility, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Directly supervise the Marketing Coordinator, including establishing priorities, delegating responsibilities, providing coaching and feedback, and monitoring the quality and timely completion of work.
• Create and manage social media and digital content, including graphics, short-form videos, employee features, client testimonials, and other content consistent with the Firm’s brand and target audiences.
• Create, edit, and distribute the Firm’s monthly newsletter and monitor engagement and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, projects, vendors, and related initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Ensure marketing meeting notes are documented timely and assigned action items are tracked through completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and/or relevant experience may be considered.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign management.
• Prior supervisory experience required; minimum two (2) years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and evaluating SEO strategies.
• Experience using website and marketing analytics platforms to measure traffic, lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, or comparable digital marketing and SEO tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for management.
• Experience managing or working directly with outside marketing, SEO, advertising, or creative vendors.
• Law firm or professional-services marketing experience preferred.

Key Success Factors

• Develops, executes, and prioritizes marketing strategies and resources that support the Firm’s growth and revenue objectives and produce measurable business impact.
• Increases qualified lead generation and uses analytics and performance data to evaluate lead quality, conversions, marketing ROI, and opportunities for improvement, proactively adjusting strategies when needed.
• Effectively manages SEO strategy and vendor performance while strengthening the Firm’s internal SEO capabilities.
• Provides effective supervision, coaching, accountability, and development to the Marketing Coordinator.
• Maintains a consistent, professional, and recognizable Firm brand across marketing channels and initiatives.
