Senior Manager, Brand & Local Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL DOLead local and integrated marketing strategy across multiple brands and a distributed branch network, developing tailored market-level plans aligned with growth goals.Operate with an agency-style account management mindset, balancing the priorities of multiple brands, markets, branch leaders, and internal stakeholders.Manage and develop a team of field marketers while coordinating internal teams, agency partners, and local resources to drive execution.Oversee hyperlocal marketing across channels including email, SMS, media, events, sponsorships, community partnerships, lead-generation platforms, and grassroots activation.Partner with digital marketing teams and agencies across paid search, Local Services Ads, SEO, reputation management, and integrated campaign performance.Manage budgets and performance reporting, connecting marketing investment to leads, booked appointments, revenue, profitability, and ROI. HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience with success managing multiple brands, accounts, markets, or stakeholder groups simultaneously.Agency experience is strongly preferred, particularly in an Account Supervisor, Account Director, or similar role managing multiple client brands or accounts.Strong experience in local, field, or hyperlocal marketing and translating broader brand strategies into market-specific plans and activations.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, agency partners, local operators, and other stakeholders in a complex environment.Experience leading and developing direct reports, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.Home services experience is strongly preferred; multi-location, franchise, retail, or consumer services experience may also translate well.Reference: 69256
