Maintenance Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities High School Diploma or equivalent Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Maintenance apprenticeship preferred Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, including every other weekend Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Cedar Grove is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
