Brand Manager Department Overview: SILAC's Marketing team is helping shape the company's next chapter of growth. We bring together brand, product marketing, digital experiences and agent engagement to make it easier to understand and do business with SILAC. It's an exciting time to join the team and help build what comes next. Job Overview: The Brand Manager will own SILAC's brand strategy, identity and creative expression, shaping how the company shows up across every audience and touchpoint. This role will lead implementation of SILAC's evolving brand identity, establish creative direction and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across marketing, digital, Sales and corporate communications. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong creative judgment with the ability to establish standards, direct internal and external resources, and move work forward quickly. Job Details Full Time or Part Time : Full-Time Standard Hours Per Week : Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week Schedule Type: In-Office, Remote, Hybrid Key Responsibilities Own SILAC's brand strategy, identity, standards and governance. Lead implementation and management of SILAC's visual identity and brand standards. Establish creative direction and a consistent quality bar across campaigns, product marketing, digital, presentations, events and Sales materials. Translate brand standards into practical templates, tools and guidelines that enable consistent execution. Lead prioritization and migration of existing materials into the new SILAC brand. Direct agencies, designers and other external creative resources. Partner with the Marketing Content Manager to ensure SILAC's visual identity and messaging come together as one consistent, differentiated brand experience. Partner with UX/Digital Experience to create a consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints. Review priority creative work for brand consistency and quality. Identify opportunities to streamline production through templates, AI and self-service while protecting the brand. Manage brand assets and related governance, including appropriate trademark usage. Help determine the right long-term model for internal versus external creative production. Job Requirements Who you are: Required 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, creative strategy or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience implementing, evolving or managing a corporate brand. Strong creative judgment and demonstrated high-quality brand work. Experience directing designers, agencies and external creative partners. Ability to translate brand strategy into practical execution. Strong prioritization and decision-making skills. High bias to action and comfort operating in a changing environment. Desired Financial-services or annuity experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field preferred.
