Bookkeeper - QuickBooks Online Experience Required
Part-time 16-24 hours/week/ Potential for More Hours After Training
We are seeking a detail0oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a part-time position with room for growth after the initial training period. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a weekly basis
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Run bi-weekly payroll (ADP experience is a plus)
- Handle tax payments, including sales and real estate taxes
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online is mandatory
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
