About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented closer/processor to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in title, escrow, or mortgage processing and can manage multiple transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare closing documents for real estate transactions
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closings
- Verify the accuracy of loan and title documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Facilitate funding, disbursements, and recording of closing documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties to provide updates and resolve any closing-related issues
- Maintain organized and accurate records for all transactions
- Ensure all closing conditions are met before finalizing the transaction
- Minimum of two years of experience in closing, title processing, or mortgage processing
- Familiarity with title insurance, escrow procedures, or loan closing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in closing and title software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or Qualia
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
